CEE Assam and MEE Assam

CEE Assam

CEE is the combined entrance exam which is organised by Dibrugarh University each year for medical and engineering student.

But from 2016, for MBBS,BDS seats a new exam called MEE started. 

Now through CEE Exam you can apply for  only engineering, BAMS and BHMS courses. 

CEE exam is of 4 question paper Physics, Chemistry , Biology (for medical student), Mathematics(for engineering student). Physics and Chemistry question papers are same for both engineering and medical student.

Number of applied student 2016:    34,000

Number of Seats in 2016:

engineering:

 600(Assam engineering college) + 100(Jorhat Institute of science and Technology)+100(Bineswar Brahma Engineering College)+250(Jorhat Engineering College)

medical:

BAMS seats 50(Govt. Ayurvedic College)+BAMS seats 200( 3 colleges)

MEE Assam

MEE started in 2016 for MBBS and BDS seats

Number of applied student 2016: 24,000

Number of Seats in 2016:

700 MBBS seats(6 colleges)+75 BDS seats
